AI automation for
financial services.
Your advisers and paraplanners should spend their time on clients, not on retyping notes and copying valuations. We take the preparation work off them, inside rules you control.
Client books grow.
Paperwork grows faster.
Every new client brings a fact-find, annual reviews, reports and documents to chase. Without help, capacity is capped by how fast your team can prepare paperwork.
Fact-finds typed up by hand
Discovery meeting notes and recordings turned into structured fact-find data line by line.
Review packs built from portals
Logging into several provider portals, downloading valuations and copying figures into spreadsheets and slides.
Suitability reports from scratch
Paraplanners rebuilding the same report structure and standard wording for every client.
Document chasing
Chasing clients for ID, statements and signed forms, then filing and checking each one.
Analyst hours in corporate finance
Analysts turning data rooms, CIMs and accounts into briefing memos and buyer lists overnight.
Unclear AI rules
Staff already experimenting with AI tools, with no agreed policy on what client data can go where.
AI does the preparation.
Your advisers decide.
Every system is built so that a qualified person reviews what goes to a client, with your data-handling rules agreed in writing first.
Meeting notes to structured fact-find
Recordings or rough notes from a client meeting become a structured fact-find, a list of actions for the adviser and follow-up points for the client, ready to check and enter into your back-office system.
Review pack preparation
Valuations and performance figures pulled from provider statements and portal downloads into your review template, so paraplanners check the numbers rather than copy them.
Suitability report drafting
Drafts built from the fact-find in your house style and standard wording, with missing information flagged rather than guessed. The adviser edits and approves.
Client document collection
Automated requests and reminders for ID, statements and signatures, with incoming documents checked, named and filed.
Corporate finance and M&A briefings
Data-room documents, CIMs and company financials turned into draft briefing memos, target or buyer longlists and populated pitch templates for your team to refine.
AI training and policy for the whole firm
Hands-on training for advisers and support staff on their real work, with shared AI workspaces and a written AI use and data-handling policy.

Questions from
financial services firms.
Can financial advisers use AI and stay within FCA rules?
Yes, if it is set up properly. No AI tool is compliant on its own: what matters is how it is used. We build systems where AI prepares drafts and extracts data, and an adviser reviews and signs off everything that reaches a client. Each system comes with a written AI use and data-handling policy built around your obligations, including COBS and Consumer Duty.
Does the AI give financial advice?
No. It does the preparation work: turning meeting notes into a structured fact-find, pulling figures from provider statements, drafting sections of a suitability report or review pack. The adviser makes every recommendation and approves every document.
What happens to our client data?
We use business-grade AI services where your data is not used to train models, keep data within the systems you already control wherever possible, and set clear rules on what must be anonymised. Data handling is agreed in writing before anything is built.
Does it work with Intelliflo, Xplan or our provider platforms?
We work around the tools you already use. Typical set-ups take meeting transcripts or notes and produce fact-find data ready for your back-office system, and extract valuations from provider statements and portal downloads into your review templates. Where a platform has an API we connect to it directly; where it does not, we design around it.
Where should a firm start?
Usually with training and discovery. A short programme gets advisers and paraplanners using AI safely on their own work and shows which tasks are worth automating properly. Many firms then automate one high-volume job first, such as review pack preparation.
