How we built a complete AI operations system for a Kent energy company.

The Business

Teratherm Energy is a pioneering renewable energy infrastructure company based in the UK, specialising in innovative surface thermal energy systems (a closed-loop thermal network installed beneath finished hardstanding, without the need for boreholes). As a forward-thinking new entrant to the market, they recognised the need to build an advanced, highly efficient digital and operational foundation from day one, rather than retrofitting outdated systems later.

The Problems

As a new business, Teratherm needed to rapidly establish a commanding market presence, generate qualified leads, and manage their complex sales and operational processes efficiently. They lacked a digital footprint, and the highly technical nature of surface thermal energy required a way to educate prospects and qualify them effectively before engaging the sales team.

• Email Triage Agent: An AI system that reads inbound emails, classifies them, and drafts context-aware responses to ensure swift, accurate communication.
• Exhibition & Brand Design: We delivered comprehensive design work for multiple industry exhibitions, ensuring their physical brand presence matched the premium quality of their digital infrastructure.

What Is Next

We are currently expanding Teratherm's operational AI footprint by developing a multi-agent system designed to identify commercial leads that fit their Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). This system uses AI to analyse satellite imagery, generating custom renders and tailored proposals to automatically visualise the surface thermal energy system for prospective clients.
