Find out where AI would actually save your business time.
Our AI audit costs a fixed £397. We sit down with you, map how work actually moves through your business, from the first enquiry to the final invoice, and then give you a written plan: where AI would save the most time, roughly what each idea would cost, and what to leave alone. If you go ahead with a build, the £397 comes off the price.

Who the audit is for
Established businesses with a team and steady work, where the owner can see time leaking away but has no one to work out what AI should do about it.
- You know you should be using AI, but not where to start.
- A few people use ChatGPT, but nothing is joined up or written down.
- Admin is eating evenings and weekends, and you are not sure which part to fix first.
- You have been pitched AI tools and want an honest view before spending money.
How it works
- Step 1
A short questionnaire
A few questions about your business, team and tools, so the session goes straight to the useful parts.
- Step 2
The mapping session
We walk through how work moves: enquiries, quotes, jobs, invoices, the inbox and the software you already pay for. In person if you are in Kent, otherwise by video.
- Step 3
Your written plan
We write up what we found and talk it through with you. It is yours to keep and act on, with or without us.
What you get
A plan written for your business, in plain English, that you could hand to anyone to build.
- A map of how your work flows
- Where enquiries come in, who touches them, and where things wait or get re-typed.
- Your top three opportunities
- Ranked by time saved against cost to build, with a rough estimate of hours saved based on the figures you give us.
- Rough costs
- What each idea would cost to build and to run each month, including any software or usage fees.
- Quick wins you can do yourself
- Things you can start this week with tools you already have, such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Xero or ChatGPT.
- What not to automate
- The parts of the business where AI would add risk or cost more than it saves.
What an audit often turns up
Every business is different, but these come up again and again. Each links to how we build it.
- Enquiries answered late or not at allMissed calls, web forms and emails that wait hours for a reply.
- Quotes that take evenings and never get chasedPricing done by hand, then no follow-up once the quote goes out.
- Invoices, paperwork and re-typingThe same details typed into the inbox, the spreadsheet and the accounts.
- AI used by a few people, in their own wayNo shared set-up, no rules on client data, and no one sure what it is good for.

Common questions
How much does an AI audit cost?
A fixed £397. If you then ask us to build any of the systems in the plan, the £397 comes off the build price.
Why do you charge for it?
The audit takes real time to do properly, and the plan is useful on its own. A small fixed fee means we can give it full attention and you get something you can act on, whoever builds it.
Do you come to us?
If you are in Kent, yes: we are based near Dover and run the session at your premises. Elsewhere in the UK we do it by video.
What if you find nothing worth building?
Then we will say so. The plan will still show quick wins you can do yourself and what is not worth automating, which saves you money on tools you do not need.
We already use some AI. Is it still worth it?
Usually, yes. Most businesses we speak to have a few people using ChatGPT in their own way. The audit shows where that can be joined up, made safer with client data, and pointed at the jobs that take the most time.
What happens after the audit?
Nothing, unless you want it to. Some businesses act on the quick wins themselves. Others ask us to build one of the opportunities, with the £397 credited.
