Question 1

How do you assess where AI can help our business?

Accepted Answer

We begin with a complimentary 30-minute operational scoping call. We map your enquiries, admin handoffs, and manual processes, showing you exactly where your business is losing time and margin before proposing a tailored systems architecture.

Question 2

How is your diagnostic different from a standard AI audit?

Accepted Answer

Traditional AI audits produce theoretical slide decks with generic recommendations. Our diagnostic discovery is deeply hands-on and operational. We map live workflows, analyze your existing software integrations (CRMs, ERPs, inboxes), and deliver a concrete technical blueprint with clear ROI projections.

Question 3

What types of businesses do you work with?

Accepted Answer

We work with operationally mature service businesses that handle a meaningful volume of enquiries, jobs, or customer interactions. Based in Kent, we serve clients across the UK and US in sectors such as renewables, infrastructure services, property, logistics, hospitality, and professional services.

Question 4

How much does AI automation cost?

Accepted Answer

We work on transparent, fixed-price project milestones and structured strategic engagements. We begin with a complimentary 30-minute discovery scoping call to map your bottlenecks and calculate expected ROI. From there, systems architecture and implementation are delivered in fixed 2–4 week deployment sprints with guaranteed deliverables.

Question 5

How long does it take to see something working?

Accepted Answer

After scoping and agreeing a fixed price, a custom system is typically built and deployed within 2 to 4 weeks. We work quickly using real data and real integrations so you get a working system in production fast.

Question 6

Do I need technical knowledge to use these systems?

Accepted Answer

No. Aucta AI handles the entire build, deployment, and ongoing support. Your team only needs to use the systems we create, not build or maintain them. We design for the actual users, not for engineers.

Question 7

What happens if the AI makes a mistake?

Accepted Answer

All systems, whether human or AI-driven, are subject to occasional error. Our approach focuses on rigorous testing during the discovery phase and continuous refinement of the workflow once live. We build in monitoring and logging that allows us to diagnose anomalies and 'harden' the system logic, ensuring accuracy improves over time as the system encounters real-world data.

Question 8

Can AI answer my phone when I am on a job?

Accepted Answer

Yes. An AI voice agent can answer calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It greets the caller, asks qualifying questions, books appointments where appropriate, and sends you a summary. You never miss a lead because you were on-site, in a loft, or under a sink.

Question 9

How do trades businesses automate lead follow-up?

Accepted Answer

When a homeowner submits a quote request, the system sends an acknowledgement within 60 seconds, asks two qualifying questions, and routes the serious enquiries to the top of your inbox by morning. For quotes already sent, an automated sequence follows up at day 2, day 5, and day 10 without anyone on your team lifting a finger.

Question 10

How do I get more Google reviews without asking customers directly?

Accepted Answer

After every completed job, the system sends a personalised review request to the customer, via text or email, with a direct link to your Google Business Profile. Most businesses using this see their review count grow 3 to 5 times faster than doing it manually. Set it up once, run it forever.

Question 11

Can AI help with quoting and invoicing?

Accepted Answer

AI can automate the lead qualification stage before a quote is raised, the follow-up sequence after a quote is sent, and the reminder workflow after an invoice is issued. It can also triage inbound responses (accepted, declined, queried) and route them appropriately. It does not replace your quoting software but sits alongside it, reducing the manual touchpoints that eat up time.

Question 12

Do you work with businesses outside Kent?

Accepted Answer

Yes. While we are Kent-based, we support businesses across the UK, US, and internationally. All operations are managed centrally from our Kent HQ, with flexible scheduling to accommodate partners in multiple timezones.

Question 13

What is Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO)?

Accepted Answer

GEO is the practice of optimising your business's digital presence to be recommended by AI-powered search tools, such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and Bing Copilot. When someone asks one of these tools 'find me an AI consultant in Kent' or 'who does AI automation for plumbers', GEO determines whether your business appears in the answer.

Question 14

How do I get my business recommended by ChatGPT?

Accepted Answer

AI assistants cite sources that provide clear, structured, authoritative answers to specific queries. To appear, you need pages that directly answer the question the user is asking, structured Q&A content with FAQ schema markup, consistent NAP (name, address, phone) data across the web, recent content that signals an active business, and backlinks from credible sources. Aucta AI builds all of these as part of our GEO Optimisation service.

Question 15

What is the difference between SEO and GEO?

Accepted Answer

Traditional SEO optimises your website to rank in Google's blue-link search results. GEO optimises your content to be extracted and cited by AI systems in their generated answers, which is a fundamentally different format. Both matter. A business appearing in AI-generated answers and traditional search results has a significant competitive advantage over one that only does one or neither.

Question 16

How do AI search engines decide which businesses to recommend?

Accepted Answer

AI models select sources based on: (1) whether the content directly and clearly answers the query, (2) whether the content is structured for extraction (FAQ schema, clear headings, concise paragraphs), (3) whether the source has authority signals (backlinks, domain age, consistent business data), and (4) whether the content is specific to the query (a page about 'AI for plumbers in Kent' is more citable than a generic 'AI consulting' page).

Question 17

Can I do my own GEO optimisation?

Accepted Answer

You can implement many of the basic principles, such as structured data and clear content; however, GEO is rapidly evolving. We monitor model version changes and citation pattern shifts across OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic hourly to ensure our clients' systems remain the primary sources cited.

Question 18

Is my data safe with AI systems?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We specify data handling requirements during the discovery phase and build to your organisation's risk profile. Your business always owns its data. We do not use client data to train models. All integrations are scoped, documented, and agreed before deployment.

Question 19

Do you build custom software or use existing tools?

Accepted Answer

Both. We are tool-agnostic and outcome-focused. Depending on the problem, we may configure existing platforms, build custom components, or combine the two. Our priority is reliability, maintainability, and measurable operational improvement, not the technology itself.

Question 20

What happens after the system is live?

Accepted Answer

We handle ongoing maintenance, production monitoring, and security updates. Because APIs and business workflows evolve, we support the system on an ongoing basis to ensure it remains a reliable operational asset.

Question 21

Who owns the system and the data?

Accepted Answer

Your business always owns its data. For standard deployments, we own and manage the infrastructure via a retainer so you don't have to worry about maintenance. For enterprise deployments, full system and IP handover options are available.

Question 22

What if I am not happy with the results?

Accepted Answer

We build custom systems to fixed-price scopes. We deploy the system and verify it meets all defined criteria in your operational environment. If any issues arise, we resolve them as part of our ongoing SLA-backed support. Everything we build is scoped against clear, measurable outcomes.

Question 23

Do you work on 'success-based' or commission models?

Accepted Answer

No. We are an operational partner, not a lead generation agency. We build and maintain high-grade operational infrastructure. Our pricing is reflective of the engineering expertise, ongoing support, and measurable efficiency gains our systems deliver to your bottom line.
