Get past customers booking again, before someone else reminds them.
We build systems that contact your past customers at the right moment: a reminder when their boiler service, MOT or annual check is due, and a campaign a few weeks before your busy season. Messages go out by text or email from your business, in your words, with a simple way to book. Opt-outs are handled automatically and every reply comes to you.

The work you have already won, waiting to be asked
Past customers already know your work and trust you, so they are far easier to book than strangers from an advert. Many businesses have years of them sitting in their accounts or job software. The problem is that nobody has time to contact them at the right moment, so they book whoever reminds them first.

How we set it up
- Step 1
We gather your customer list
From your accounts software, job management system or spreadsheets, with the date and type of each customer's last job.
- Step 2
We set the timing
When each type of customer should hear from you: eleven months after an annual service, or three weeks before your busy season.
- Step 3
You approve the messages
Short, personal texts and emails in your voice, with an easy booking link. Nothing goes out until you have signed them off.
- Step 4
It runs every month
Messages go out on schedule, replies come to you, opt-outs are recorded automatically, and you get a short report of what was booked.
Kept on the right side of the rules
Marketing texts and emails in the UK are covered by PECR. We check your list against the soft opt-in rules before anything goes out, every message names your business and offers a simple opt-out, and opt-outs are recorded automatically so nobody is contacted again by mistake.

Common questions
Is it legal to text past customers?
Usually, if you follow the soft opt-in rules: their details came from a sale or quote, the message is about similar work, and they were offered an opt-out when you took their details and in every message. We check this with you before anything is sent. Our guide explains the rules in full.
Where does the customer list come from?
Usually from software you already use, such as Xero, QuickBooks, a job management system or a spreadsheet. We tidy it up and work out who is due for what.
Will it sound like a robot?
No. Messages are short and written in your words, and you approve them before they go out. Replies come straight to you or your team.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the size of your customer list and how many messages go out, so we quote after a free call or as part of an AI audit. Text and email sending costs are included in the quote, so there are no surprises.
Can it work alongside our existing booking system?
Usually, yes. The booking link can go to your current calendar or booking page, and bookings can be logged back into your job system.
