    AI Training
    & Workshops.

Quick answer:Aucta AI runs hands-on AI training for UK businesses. We map how your team works, train staff on their own tasks using tools such as Claude or ChatGPT, set up shared AI workspaces and templates, and write an AI use and data-handling policy, so your team uses AI properly and safely.

Get your whole team using AI well on the work they already do, with the rules and templates to keep it safe and consistent.

    Why teams struggle

    Access to AI isn't
the same as using it well.

Most teams already have AI tools. What they don't have is a shared way of using them on real work, or rules everyone follows.

    Everyone uses AI differently

One person pastes client emails into a free chatbot, another won't touch it, and nobody knows what is allowed.

    Generic answers

Without your context, rules and examples, AI produces bland drafts that take as long to fix as to write.

    Data risk

Client and staff data ends up in tools with no agreed policy, which is a real problem for regulated firms.

    No idea where it helps

Leaders can see AI matters but can't tell which parts of the work it should actually take on.

    The programme

    Built around
    your team's real work.

Run on site or remotely, shaped to your sector, team size and the tools you already pay for.

    01. Discovery in your business

Time with the people doing the work, mapping the tasks that eat hours: notes, reports, admin, research, data entry. You get a one-page map of where AI helps most.

    02. Hands-on sessions

Practical sessions using your own documents and tasks, so the team learns on real work rather than examples that don't apply to them.

    03. Workspaces and templates

Shared AI workspaces set up with your business context, tone and rules, plus prompt templates for the jobs your team repeats every week.

    04. Policy and playbook

A written AI use and data-handling policy, and a playbook your team keeps, so good habits outlast the sessions.

    What your team keeps

Training only sticks if the tools and rules stay behind after the sessions. Every programme leaves these in place.

    Shared AI workspaces

Set up with your business context so answers fit how you work.

    Template library

Reusable prompts for your team's repeated tasks.

    AI use and data policy

What is approved, what must be anonymised, what needs checking.

    Automation shortlist

The tasks worth automating properly next, if you want to go further.

Ready to go further? The tasks on your shortlist can become systems we build and run for you, such as admin and workflow automation or AI assistants that answer from your own documents.

    Common questions

    About AI
    training.

What does AI training for a business actually cover?

It starts with how your team works today, not with a list of AI features. We spend time with the people doing the work, then run hands-on sessions using your own documents and tasks: drafting, summarising, research, data extraction and turning meeting notes into structured records. By the end your team has shared AI workspaces set up for your business, templates they can reuse, and clear rules on what data can and can't go into AI tools.

Which AI tools do you train teams on?

Usually Claude or ChatGPT, whichever fits your business and your existing Microsoft or Google set-up. We are an OpenAI Select Partner, but we recommend the tool that suits the work rather than the one we know best.

Is it safe to put client data into AI tools?

It can be, with the right account type, settings and habits. Part of every programme is a written AI use and data-handling policy for your business: which tools are approved, what must be anonymised, and what has to be checked by a person before it leaves the office. Regulated firms, such as financial advisers and clinics, get that policy written around their own obligations.

Do we need technical staff to take part?

No. The sessions are built for the people who do the day-to-day work: advisers, administrators, project managers, office staff and directors. Nobody needs to write code.

    What happens after the training?

Your team keeps the templates, workspaces and playbook. Most businesses also come out of the discovery with a short list of tasks worth automating properly, and we can build and run those systems for you if you want to go further.
